David was hands down one of the best real estate agents we’ve worked with and we have been through my fair share of agents. We started looking over a year ago and David was patient and made us feel like we were his only client. There was never a time when I couldn’t reach David (morning, noon or night). He walked us through the contract, comparable sales, inspection report and even the attorney review letter. He was never pushy even when we were on the fence about moving forward with the deal. We couldn’t be more appreciative of David and all of his efforts. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone we know looking to buy or sell.
